Optimize engineering processes and increase operational efficiency
CPFL currently has more than 200 mapped distribution engineering processes, many of them at advanced levels of maturity. However, it still faces human and computational limitations in analyzing these flows on a large scale and detecting opportunities for improvement in depth. Current analyses require a lot of time and resources, and do not always deliver gains proportional to the effort dedicated.
We are looking for artificial intelligence-based solutions that act as automated consulting, analyzing historical data, identifying patterns, bottlenecks, and critical points, and proposing improvements with technical rationale and validated impact. For this challenge, the idea is to increase the company's analytical capacity, reduce manual effort, and accelerate the process of continuous review and improvement of internal flows.
